About The Position
We are growing and actively seeking experienced multifamily professionals to join our team throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We want to connect with talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating outstanding communities. Current opportunities include Leasing Consultants, Assistant Property Managers, Property Managers, Make Ready Technicians, Maintenance Technicians / Ticket Runners, and Lead Maintenance Technicians.
Requirements
- Previous multifamily experience preferred (requirements vary by position).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and motivated individuals.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- EPA Certification preferred for maintenance positions.
- Knowledge of ResMan is a plus for office positions.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
- Support daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the community.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented work environment.
- Ensure company policies and community standards are upheld.
