About The Position

Utah Housing Corporation (UHC), located in West Valley City, Utah, is looking to hire a full-time Multifamily Finance Assistant to support the administration of the Housing Credit program within the Multifamily Finance Department. This position provides administrative and program support to compliance, finance, and accounting functions related to Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and multifamily bond programs. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of three years of administrative support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Support Multifamily Finance staff with the scheduling and coordination of audits, preparation of audit correspondence, and tracking of compliance deadlines.
  • Assist with invoicing and fee collection in coordination with the Accounting Department and provide communication support to property owners, managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain project files and documentation for allocation, compliance, and bond programs, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and properly organized within electronic systems.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence.
  • Proofread legal and public-facing documents.
  • Assist with Board packet materials.
  • Support compliance trainings.
  • Respond to GRAMA requests.
  • Assist with Pre-8609 inspections.
  • Provide scheduling support for multifamily meetings and initiatives.
  • Complete approved continuing education.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
