About The Position

The Multifamily Conversion Analyst executes client data conversions, transforming critical data from a variety of reporting formats for import into C&W databases and platforms. The Analyst works under the direction of the Multifamily Conversion Manager, applying the standardized conversion methodology, quality control framework, and AI-enabled and automation tools established for the function. The candidate must be able to analyze client data, reformat in Excel when applicable and execute each conversion with high quality and consistent results while meeting timing expectations. The candidate is detail oriented, advanced in Excel, and experienced in multifamily housing, with working familiarity with property management platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, and MRI. The analyst must be able to manage their project assignments and communicate both verbally and in writing with internal teams. Individuals with creativity, an eye for efficiency, and an interest in applying automation and AI-enabled tools to conversion work are highly desired. This position can include some weekends as needed.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in multifamily data conversion, data migration, onboarding, implementation, or property management operations.
Working knowledge of multifamily property management platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or MRI.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query; comfort working with CSV, XML, and other structured data files.
Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation concepts, and willingness to adopt AI-enabled and automation tools in daily conversion work.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to identify root causes of data issues.
Proven ability to manage multiple conversions, competing priorities, and time-sensitive deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal teams and stakeholders.
Represents the company in a professional manner both internally and externally.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Some weekend hours may be required to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Work with the Transitions & Quality Control team to ensure the timely receipt of required reporting.
Examine, evaluate, and prepare critical property, applicant, and resident data for conversion.
Analyze, standardize, and cleanse data extracts from Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, MRI, and other property management platforms for import into C&W systems.
Execute assigned data mapping, transformation, and validation steps in accordance with the standardized conversion methodology and quality control framework established by the Conversion Manager.
Apply AI-enabled tools, automation, and reusable templates to reduce manual effort and improve conversion accuracy and consistency.
Troubleshoot and correct data issues as they arise during the import process.
Manage multiple conversions and effectively communicate status with internal stakeholders.
Meet turnaround time, quality, and accuracy benchmarks, and report conversion performance metrics to the Conversion Manager.
Identify potential discrepancies, data quality concerns, and conversion risks, and escalate them to the Conversion Manager and affected stakeholders.
Validate final conversion data and reports, including reconciliation, exception handling, and post-conversion review.
Track common user errors to identify additional training needs post conversion.
Complete system audits and document findings.
Contribute to standard operating procedures, mapping documentation, and training materials that support repeatable, scalable conversions.
Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Perform any related duties as required and directed.
