Here, you will learn to become the “go-to” for all mechanical breakdowns on manufacturing industrial equipment alongside seasoned skilled trade mentors. This is a paid apprenticeship that is tailored to emerging talent. This will not satisfy the requirements of state licenses. The pay rate for this role starts out at $23.79 and continues to increase throughout the program—and did we mention we have plenty of snacks?! We will be investing in your future through a tuition reimbursement program during the apprenticeship. Requires a 1.5-year, full-time commitment starting July 2026. Your journey with us will include a full onboarding and professional development including executive exposure, networking events, and community activities. This role is located in Muncy, Pennsylvania and must be completed fully onsite.

Requirements

Prove ability to perform basic tasks based on a technical aptitude test.
Must be eligible for enrollment at an accredited community college/trade school.
Available for a 1.5 year full-time commitment starting July 2026.
Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
A desire to improve the place you work.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Must have permanent legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Work day to day on production lines.
Participate in robust professional development.
Examine mechanical and electrical production equipment failures using root cause analysis.
Interpret schematics.
Utilize programmable logic controller troubleshooting techniques.
Turn a wrench on packaging and production equipment.
