Position Overview We are seeking a Multi-Unit Sales Manager to directly oversee and drive sales performance across 2–3 studio locations. This role is responsible for owning revenue results at the studio level, coaching sales teams, and ensuring consistent execution of proven systems that convert leads into long-term members. This is a highly hands-on role—you will be actively involved in day-to-day sales activities, working inside the studios, closing memberships, and holding teams accountable to performance metrics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and knows how to lead from the front—setting the standard for sales performance while developing strong, accountable teams.
