About The Position

Multi-Unit Retail Store Manager (MURSM) at JM Wireless, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, will inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store success. This role involves leading by example, empowering the team, and ensuring outstanding service across multiple stores. The MURSM will collaborate with industry leaders and senior management to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and apply training to drive business success. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, fostering a vibrant store culture, and contributing to the company's mission to innovate and excel in retail.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales
  • 2-4 years in sales and sales management experience
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences
  • Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Maintain store operations, staffing, scheduling, and marketing efforts.
  • Oversee all retail operations, including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability.
  • Coach and develop team members to excel in customer service and sales.
  • Resolve customer issues to enhance their Metro By T-Mobile experience.
  • Drive sales and operational excellence through embracing new initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Recruit team members passionate about technology and customer relationships.
  • Support team growth through training development and mentorship.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and leadership practices.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment.
  • Create and maintain a schedule at or under labor budget.
  • Oversee store inventory management through daily and monthly stock audits.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams.
