About The Position

This role is for a Regional Manager who has successfully run a multi-clinic portfolio and is ready for a new challenge, or a Practice Manager who has built and led a high-volume, complex operation and is ready to scale their impact across multiple sites. The group operates 35 clinics across Canada, with a strong and expanding presence in Simcoe, Ontario. The ideal candidate lives in or near Simcoe to lead their clinics with presence, not a commute. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Multi-Unit Manager will have full accountability for clinical performance, patient experience standards, and Practice Manager development across their portfolio. They will work within a proven operational framework while bringing on-the-ground leadership. Understanding clinic financials, coaching teams, and driving performance consistency across locations will be central to the role.

Requirements

3–5+ years in dental practice management.
Understanding of clinic financials and what drives performance.
Comfort across multiple practice management software platforms.
Ability to travel regularly across Downtown Toronto and the GTA.
