About The Position

Liberty Tax is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Leader to oversee a portfolio of company-operated retail tax offices. This opportunity is designed for proven retail tax leaders who have successfully led or supported multiple tax locations and understand the unique challenges of operating seasonal, high-volume tax businesses. Whether your background includes District General Manager, District Operations Coordinator, Area Manager, Franchise Operations, Retail Tax Operations, or Multi-Unit Leadership, we'd like to talk with you. Our Managed Operations division is expanding and plays a key role in Liberty Tax's long-term growth strategy. As a Multi-Unit Leader, you'll have the opportunity to influence operational performance, develop future leaders, and partner directly with senior leadership to build a high-performing organization. Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience within the retail tax preparation industry.
• Experience leading or supporting multiple tax offices.
• Strong background in P&L Management, Franchise Operations, Retail Tax Operations, and leadership development.
• Demonstrated ability to coach leaders, drive accountability, and improve business performance.
• Willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience supporting multiple retail tax offices with Liberty Tax, H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt, or another multi-unit tax preparation organization is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and financial performance of multiple retail tax offices.
• Coach, develop, and mentor office leaders to improve performance and client experience.
• Drive revenue growth, labor optimization, and P&L management.
• Analyze business metrics and execute action plans that improve profitability.
• Conduct regular field visits to support leadership teams and ensure operational consistency.
• Partner with Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Training, and Operations to achieve business objectives.
