About The Position

As a Multi-Studio Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team across our Fayetteville and Rogers studios. This is a unique hybrid role where you split your time evenly between delivering an exceptional stretching experience to clients on the floor and managing local daily operations.

Requirements

Willingness and physical ability to actively provide practitioner-assisted stretching to clients (fully paid training provided).
Paid experience managing multiple team members.
Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, and P&L familiarity).
A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to split days between Fayetteville and Rogers weekly.

Nice To Haves

A degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, PT, or a related field; OR a fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, Massage Therapy, etc.).

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and schedule staff across both locations under the guidance of the Regional Manager.
Spend about half your day delivering high-quality stretches yourself, while coaching up staff members, checking schedules, and following up on missed appointments between sessions.
Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by focusing on boosting intro-to-membership conversion rates and streamlining daily studio schedules.
Review KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals.
Resolve member questions with professionalism and a personal touch to create a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
Help execute local grassroots marketing events to drive new client traffic into the studios.
