About The Position

At The Good Feet Store, we don’t “sell inserts.” We help people walk without pain, sometimes for the first time in years. This is a high-impact, highly mobile consultative sales position designed for someone who can step into multiple locations and perform immediately. You are the person we deploy when a store needs strength, traffic spikes, a team needs energy, leadership, and results, or quite simply, when it’s time to win.

Requirements

  • Ability to reliably travel between the stores
  • Weekend availability is non-negotiable
  • Comfortable working under multiple leaders and styles
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

  • Run full, high-quality product demonstrations that educate, build value, and move people emotionally
  • Adapt quickly to different teams, managers, and store dynamics
  • Step into any of our locations and produce results
  • Lead by example — strong execution, strong presence, no babysitting required
  • Confidently close sales: what you’re offering works, and you know how to communicate that
