About The Position

Good Pill is building the pharmacy of the future for families, focusing on transparent and affordable pricing while reducing waste by matching surplus medicine. We are a fast-growing company serving patients in an increasing number of states. This role is for a pharmacist in a high-volume, mail-order pharmacy who will fill and verify prescriptions, counsel patients, and contribute to the company's expansion into new states. The ideal candidate is comfortable with a fast-paced environment, eager to expand their multi-state licensure, and interested in leveraging technology to improve pharmacy operations.

Requirements

• Retail pharmacist experience required.
• Licensed in multiple states and excited to add more as we grow.
• An active Georgia pharmacist license in good standing.
• Licensed in multiple states, and willing to add more over time.
• Strong retail pharmacist experience in a high-volume setting.
• Availability to work rotating Saturdays.
• COVID-19 vaccination
• Passed background check
• Able to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat and use light/fine grasping.
• Able to frequently sit and stand, reach above shoulders, perform desk based computer tasks, write by hand, lift, carry, push, stack, and pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Mail-order, multi-state, or digital-pharmacy startup experience (think Ro, Alto, Capsule, Amazon Pharmacy, or Cost Plus Drugs).
• Licenses in Louisiana, Mississippi, or Michigan are especially valuable, and Maryland or Illinois is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fill, verify, and counsel with speed and precision in a busy mail-order pharmacy.
• Help us reach patients in new states as we expand, adding state licenses over time.
• Partner with our Patient Navigation and fulfillment teams to get medications to patients quickly.
• Use our pharmacy software to keep orders accurate and moving, and help improve how we work.
