About The Position

EWORD Solutions, a Rapid Care Group company, is seeking a highly qualified, full-time Multi-speaker Verbatim Transcription Specialist to provide transcription services for a large insurance company account. This role involves transcribing multi-speaker interview recordings, which may have challenging audio quality due to poor phone connections and background noise, and may involve accented speech. The transcription must be verbatim, with a required turnaround time (TAT) of less than 24 hours. The work environment is fast-paced, and transcriptionists must be self-starters capable of producing quality work consistently, regardless of audio quality, length, or difficulty. The role is largely independent but requires collaboration with team members and the ability to take direction from a team lead. Assignments may involve specific branch offices or temporary reassignments to prevent backlogs.

Requirements

• Experience in legal or insurance transcription.
• Experience in multi-speaker and/or verbatim transcription.
• Possession of a PC with appropriate word processing and audio software.
• Broadband internet connection.
