About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician I to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring stores run smoothly, from maintaining Slurpee machines to handling large-scale projects and upgrades. The technician will play a vital role in ensuring convenience for customers and supporting communities by contributing to remodels, new store builds, and restaurant openings.

Requirements

Ability to travel 50% of the time or greater
Ability to work flexible hours defined by the project
High School Diploma or GED preferred
1+ years in general repairs and maintenance
Valid Driver’s License (with real ID or equivalent for air travel)
Show leadership
Peer-to-peer tech support

Responsibilities

Complete point of sale upgrades and installations, fuel dispenser upgrades and other specialized projects
Serve on a strike team to support markets with service calls during In-House Maintenance technician staffing shortages
Manage and fulfill orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
Maintain parts inventory and complete daily reports to support operational efficiency
Perform additional duties such as training technicians, prioritize assigned work orders, and conduct basic structural maintenance
