Multi Skilled Technician
About The Position
7-Eleven is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of in-store equipment and facilities. The technician will respond to service requests for repairs to various equipment including HVAC, refrigeration, beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. The position also handles general maintenance issues related to plumbing and electrical systems. Additionally, the technician will manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and may be involved in training other technicians, prioritizing work, and performing basic structural maintenance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Show leadership
- Peer-to-peer tech support
- Effective communication
- Handle stretch assignments

Responsibilities
- Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment (HVAC, Refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, & fuel dispensers)
- Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
- Train other level I technicians
- Prioritize work
- Perform basic maintenance on structures
