Multi-Skilled Technician
About The Position
7-Eleven is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of in-store equipment and facilities. The technician will respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration, beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. The role also handles orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues. Additionally, the technician will manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, train other technicians, prioritize work, and perform basic maintenance on structures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Show leadership
- Peer-to-peer tech support
- Effective communication
- Handle stretch assignments

Responsibilities
- Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment (HVAC, Refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, & fuel dispensers)
- Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
- Train other level I technicians
- Prioritize work
- Perform basic maintenance on structures
