About The Position

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality, right-first-time maintenance across responsive and void properties. This role involves multi-skilling across various trades to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes, including repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments. All jobs are scheduled, ensuring you know your daily tasks and locations.

Requirements

Relevant building/construction qualification.
Experience working across multiple building trades such as joinery, carpentry, plastering, tiling, brickwork, groundwork or basic plumbing.
A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
A full current driving licence.
Ability to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
Must be able to have a Basic DBS and health check done.

Responsibilities

Complete all allocated jobs right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
Utilize multi-skilling across various trades to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes.
Perform repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.
Deliver high-quality and compliant work.
Complete jobs as scheduled.
