Requirements

Must Have: 3–5+ years of professional experience in handyman work, carpentry, or home remodeling
Strong skills across multiple trades (drywall, LVP flooring, basic electrical/plumbing, etc.)
Comfortable creating job estimates and quoting work
Own a reliable van or truck
Own basic tools required for the job
Comfortable using technology (tablet-based systems like ServiceTitan)
Must live within 30 miles of Matthews, NC
Reliable, punctual, and professional in customer-facing situations

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer-facing service roles
Ability to upsell additional services when appropriate

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of residential repairs and improvements
Handle tasks across carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, and light plumbing/electrical
Accurately estimate and quote jobs based on time and materials
Communicate clearly with customers and represent the Ace brand professionally
Use ServiceTitan (tablet-based system) for job tracking and updates
