About The Position

Ace Handyman Services Twin Cities Northwest has immediate opportunities for Multi-Skilled Craftsman to join our team serving customers across the NORTHWEST METRO area. We are looking for talented, motivated, multi-skilled Craftsmen who are committed to providing quality work and customer service to our residential and commercial clients. Someone who possesses a strong desire to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, profession manner. We need an independent thinker with a strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving and communication skills (with all customers and our team). The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.

Requirements

Successful track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman (6+ years)
Estimation skills preferred
Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
Own a standard set of tools to perform all the trades
MUST own truck, SUV or van with proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license.
Pass Background check.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication, documentation, and invoicing skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must live within 20 miles of Rogers, MN

Responsibilities

Complete all tasks assigned in a timely, profession manner.
Examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
Perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks.
Organize, dispatch, keep notes and pictures, and invoice jobs using a Samsung tablet.
