About The Position

The Multi-Site Property Manager at The Kendrick will drive sales, measurably increase revenue, improve resident satisfaction, and boost the company's reputation within the community. This role involves strategically directing and mentoring a team of professionals, acting as a continued problem solver for residents and the team, and leading by example. The Property Manager is expected to go above and beyond for their team, fostering an environment where the team, in turn, goes above and beyond for residents.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience
• Passionate about making an impact in the lives of your team and community
• Consistently detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to listen and understand goals
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Complete understanding of Fair Housing
• Knowledge of laws that apply to property management, such as Fair Credit Reporting Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Landlord Tenant Law, and OSHA Standards
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required
• Must have reliable transportation

• Knowledge of ResMan a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Leasing Agents, ensuring they meet their performance goals
• Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure work orders and turns are being completed to S2’s standards
• Continuously look for ways to increase occupancy and keep resident retention at an all-time high
• Develop and execute new strategies to succeed in increasingly challenging markets
• Approve and monitor budget expenditures for maximum return on investment
• Report to the executive team on key business risks and opportunities
• Host engagement events to show residents how much they mean to the company
• Maintain the company’s reputation by representing S2 and be an advocate for our Core Values
