About The Position

Hearts for the Homeless is seeking a driven and accountable Multi-Site Operations & Distribution Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of our growing thrift store business unit. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this role provides leadership and accountability to Store Supervisors while overseeing operational and distribution performance across three retail locations, a centralized processing warehouse, approximately 50 team members, and a growing multi-million-dollar thrift store business unit. Because our product comes from donations rather than vendors, Hearts is effectively its own supplier. A defining responsibility of this role is distribution execution — moving the right product and the right labor to the right place at the right time across all locations. Working from targets defined by leadership and our operational data, the successful candidate owns execution: reallocating labor to demand, balancing the sales floor, and ensuring consistent, on-plan performance every week. The thrift and resale industry continues to experience strong growth as consumers increasingly seek value, sustainability, and reuse. Requirements

  • Multi-site operations, distribution, or supply-chain execution experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day performance of the thrift store business unit.
