About The Position

Caliber Car Wash is seeking a Multi-Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a designated home store while providing oversight, support, and leadership to one to three additional locations. This role reports to the District Manager and plays a critical role in driving operational consistency, talent development, and performance across assigned sites. The Multi-Site Manager serves as a hands-on leader at the home location while acting as a mentor and performance partner to Site Managers and leadership teams at additional sites. This role requires strong operational discipline, effective delegation, and the ability to balance direct management with multi-site oversight. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of multi-unit leadership experience, including managing managers of managers
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, operational improvement, and team development in retail, service, or quick-serve environments
  • Minimum of six months as a Caliber Site Manager (12 months preferred) or equivalent multi-unit leadership experience
  • Proven performance record with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and locations
  • Strong knowledge of car wash operations with a track record of achieving KPIs
  • Solid understanding of P&L and site-level financial performance
  • Proven success in staffing, development, and retention
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ADP, Sonny’s, Asana, and ability to adapt to new systems
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop managers across multiple locations
  • Ability to balance hands-on leadership at a home store with multi-site oversight
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to set goals, execute plans, and hold teams accountable
  • Demonstrated self-awareness and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, reaching, and ascending or descending stairs or ladders
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time while driving, flying, or in meetings.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and responsibly.
  • The ability to speak clearly, to hear and understand at a normal conversational level, and to receive detailed information through verbal communication
  • Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as developing material; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
  • May be required to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary leader for the home store, ensuring consistent delivery of the Caliber Standard
  • Provide oversight, coaching, and performance support to Site Managers and leadership teams at 1–3 additional locations
  • Maintain regular presence at assigned locations to support execution, development, and accountability
  • Model and reinforce Caliber’s Mantra and Core Values across all assigned sites
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and performance-driven culture
  • Develop Site Managers and Assistant Managers through coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Support talent pipeline development and succession planning across assigned locations
  • Ensure consistent execution of operational, safety, and customer experience standards
  • Identify operational gaps and partner with Store Managers to implement corrective actions
  • Partner with Site Managers to set goals and execute location-level business plans
  • Analyze performance trends and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain accountability for financial performance at the home store
  • Support financial oversight and performance improvement at additional locations, including labor, sales, and controllable expenses
  • Partner with District leadership and support teams to execute company initiatives
  • Leverage resources effectively to improve operational quality and performance
