About The Position

Do you take pride in your work and enjoy solving problems on the go? Join NXT Property Management as a full-time Maintenance Technician supporting two thriving apartment communities in Salt Lake City, Utah! You will be based out of our Lux Apartments community and assist at Broadway Apartments. We're searching for a motivated professional who's ready to deliver great service and keep our communities in top shape.
Pay Range: $20+ per hour, depending on experience

Requirements

• Self-starter who takes pride in doing things right the first time
• Enjoys being part of a collaborative team
• Great time management and attention to detail
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using basic computer programs
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual- English and Spanish
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, or drywall is a plus
• Experience in apartment maintenance or multifamily housing preferred

Responsibilities

• Handling daily maintenance requests and repairs in apartments and shared areas
• Turning vacant units quickly and effectively
• Performing preventative maintenance and general upkeep
• Patching and painting
• Maintaining grounds and community curb appeal
• Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance concerns promptly
