About The Position
Multi-site Maintenance Technician needed to assist the maintenance staff in a wide variety of assignments at several local apartment communities. You'll "float" between locations as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in residential maintenance strongly preferred
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Enjoy hands-on assignments
- Solid service skills
- Teamwork, troubleshooting and customer service skills required
Responsibilities
- Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs
- Respond to work orders
- Prepare vacant suites for presentations and move-ins
- Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
- All other duties as assigned
