About The Position

Tribute Properties is searching for a motivated, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations on site at Mallard Glen Apartments and Adam's Place Townhomes. This role oversees daily operations, leads and trains a team, performs hands-on repairs, inspects units for quality turns, and implements a preventative maintenance program to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for residents and team members.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in maintenance or property management.
Prior leadership experience in a multi-family environment preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Ability to lead and develop a team.
Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools.
Ability to lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
HVAC/EPA Certification.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with a commitment to resident satisfaction and team excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including repairs, installations, and routine inspections, with a focus on high quality and timely completion.
Lead, train, and motivate your team to maintain company standards, respond promptly to requests, and support an outstanding living experience.
Diagnose and fix a wide range of areas, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
Inspect new units that are coming online.
Inspect all vacancies to determine make-ready needs and ensure quality turns for our new residents by creating a welcoming and comfortable living space.
Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment, building systems, and amenities operate optimally and meet safety standards.
Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents and your team members.
