About The Position

Multi-Site Maintenance and Repair Worker Take Pride in Our Spaces! Great hospitality and beautiful spaces only thrive when they are cared for with real dedication. We are seeking a full-time, hourly Multi-Site Maintenance and Repair Worker to proactively maintain and repair the residential and commercial properties of Ashbourne Farms and Ashbourne Enterprises. In this role, you will report directly to the Property Manager and have no supervisory responsibilities. You will be the hands-on professional who takes property projects from start to finish, making sure everything is done on time, stays within budget, and meets our high standards of quality. The Big Picture: The Impact You’ll Make You will help our team achieve three major goals: Property & Quality Excellence: Keep all properties perfectly maintained to exceed the expectations of our guests and owners, boosting customer satisfaction. Preventative Maintenance & Asset Protection: Ensure all property systems stay on a regular maintenance schedule to prevent future breakdowns and reduce waste. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Team up with other departments like Events or Haymarket to help with setups, retail sales, and guest experiences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Related property maintenance or construction experience is required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb on uneven surfaces for an 8–10 hour workday.
  • You must be able to bend, reach, climb ladders, work in tight or confined spaces, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • You must be flexible to work some nights and weekends, and be available for emergency call-ins when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Complete thorough weekly, quarterly, and annual inspections across all properties to spot areas for repair or improvement.
  • Coordinate multiple outside vendors at the same time by getting bids, scheduling the work, and overseeing it until it is done right.
  • Work closely with other teams to promptly set up properties for residents, guests, and special events.
  • Efficiently move company assets and equipment between different properties as needed.
  • Complete everyday handyman work, fix minor issues, and assist our interior designer with installations.
  • Maintain neat, accurate repair logs and maintenance records for each property.
