Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Leasing & Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals. Maintain and execute the Marketing Plan while analyzing market trends.
  • Team Leadership & Training – Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three Leasing Consultants , ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Customer Experience & Sales – Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
  • Market & Competitor Analysis – Conduct regular property shopping reports , track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
  • Resident Retention – Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.
