About The Position

Take your property management career to the next level as our Multi-Site Leasing Manager at AMLI Residential! This role will oversee the leasing efforts at AMLI at Seven Bridges and AMLI Evanston. We believe in supporting our employees with competitive compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals.
• Maintain and execute the Marketing Plan while analyzing market trends.
• Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three Leasing Consultants, ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
• Conduct regular property shopping reports, track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
• Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.
