As a Multi-Site Leasing Manager, you will oversee leasing operations, lead a team, and create a top-tier experience for prospects and residents. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals.
- Maintain and execute the Marketing Plan while analyzing market trends.
- Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three Leasing Consultants, ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
- Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
- Conduct regular property shopping reports, track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
- Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.
