Compensation: $23 to $25 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role supports Arrive Belay and Arrive Noba located on 15th Avenue NW.
The Opportunity
As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of multiple properties (two or more), providing exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your career in multifamily property management while helping shape welcoming, thriving communities.
Compensation: $23 to $25 per hour, based on your experience, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses.
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm.

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
• Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
