About The Position

The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant at Trinity Property Consultants is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving leasing goals across multiple properties. This role involves creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents, assisting in market surveys, processing applications, guiding residents through move-in, and handling resident inquiries and concerns. The consultant will also process maintenance requests, maintain resident files, update unit availability, conduct inspections, support property management with administrative duties, and handle resident collections. Requirements

  • At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.

Nice To Haves

  • Multifamily leasing experience preferred.
  • Additional education or certifications (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
  • Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
  • Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
  • Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
  • Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
  • Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
  • Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
  • Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
