AMLI is looking for a Leasing Consultant to support two of their premier luxury apartment communities in Bellevue, WA. This multi-site role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to be part of a high-performing team. As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of AMLI—guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, planning resident events, and helping to create a vibrant and welcoming community. It’s more than leasing—it’s building relationships and helping people feel at home.

Requirements

2+ years of customer service, sales, or hospitality experience
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
A professional demeanor and a collaborative mindset
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Responsibilities

Tour apartments, engage prospects, and convert leads into leases using your sales savvy and service mindset.
Respond to resident questions and concerns with professionalism and care—before, during, and after move-in.
Utilize phone, email, social media, and networking to market AMLI’s offerings and maintain strong occupancy.
Assist with planning and hosting events that make our communities feel like home.
Accurately complete lease paperwork and administrative tasks in a timely, organized manner.
Build relationships with local businesses, apartment locator services, and industry professionals to maintain community visibility.
Shop competitive properties regularly to stay informed and aware of trends.
