About The Position

Front Desk Receptionist needed at a rapidly growing medical practice that currently has five (5) offices: Four (4) Medical Offices with Med Spas, between Jasper, Canton, Roswell, and Rome. Then we also have Pediatrics in Jasper and Canton. Between these locations we currently have 26 Medical Providers (a combination of MDs, NPs, & PAs). Our practice has been rapidly growing over the past 22 years and has plans in place for additional providers to join us in February 2026 along with additional locations to open in 2026 and 2027 to further our growth! This position will primarily be stationed in our Canton Office. The ideal candidate must be willing to commute to our Jasper Main office for their initial training. The willingness to work at other locations (Jasper, Roswell, Rome, and Woodstock) as needed is a desired qualification.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience is required
  • Excellent Computer Skills Required
  • Must be willing to work at our Jasper and Canton locations
  • Must be Punctual & Dependable
  • Must be able to multi-task, & work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Must be a Team Player & Possess Strong Communication/Leadership Skills
  • Must possess excellent Customer Service Skills
  • EMR/EHR Experience Required
  • Insurance Verification Experience is Preferred

Nice To Haves

  • experience within a clinical setting is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Check-In/Check-Out Process of Patients, abiding by office protocols
  • Processing all patient registration/intake forms
  • Patient Demographic and Document Updates
  • Insurance Eligibility/Benefits Verifications at Time of Service
  • Collecting Copays, Balances, Deductibles, & Coinsurance at Time of Service
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Appointment Confirmations as needed
  • Scanning/Processing Medical Records
  • Referrals/Outside Facility Appointment/Procedure Scheduling
  • New Patient Resource Tracking
  • In-House Medication Sales and PDRX Reporting Completion
  • Answering Telephone encounters and corresponding with clinical teams as needed for patient assistance
