About The Position

We are seeking a full-time, exempt Community Manager to lead a community of residents and staff at two of our student-centered apartment communities. This crucial role assures a supportive environment for our residents/students while overseeing efficient and fiscally responsible operations of the community. This role is overseeing both communities, with a split schedule onsite at each. Parking is available.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or commensurate experience
3-5 years of property management, student housing, or related experience, preferably over multiple sites/locations
3 or more years of supervisory experience
Working knowledge of Fair Housing, Equal Housing Opportunity, and Oregon Landlord-Tenant law
Great time management
Collaborative nature
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Providing leadership, direction, and support to the teams at the community
Responsible for positive student engagement and services throughout the life cycle of tenancy
Manages and directs day-to-day leasing operations and related accounting
Proactively develops and implements new practices and trainings to support a culture of growth
