About The Position

AMLI 3464 and AMLI Buckhead are seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is responsible for welcoming prospective residents, showcasing upscale apartments, and ensuring a seamless leasing process. The position also involves planning resident events and promoting the luxury lifestyle through marketing efforts. The consultant will be the face of AMLI Lenox & AMLI Flatiron, driving occupancy success, handling administrative tasks related to leasing, and providing high-quality customer service to residents. Additionally, the role includes marketing and networking with local businesses and apartment locator services, staying updated on industry trends, and acting as a brand ambassador for AMLI.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• Passion for creating outstanding resident experiences
• Availability to work Saturdays (Sundays off!)
• High school diploma/GED required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in leasing or real estate is a plus!
• College education is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight the unique features of our communities.
• Convert prospects into residents through relationship-building, follow-ups, and strategic marketing via phone, internet, and social media.
• Handle all administrative tasks, including lease preparation, documentation, and accurate data entry.
• Provide prompt, high-quality customer service to new and existing residents, addressing any requests or concerns.
• Foster relationships with local businesses, apartment locator services, and community partners to generate traffic and maintain visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and AMLI’s unique value to maintain a competitive edge.
• Plan and execute community events that enhance the resident experience and strengthen our sense of community.
