We are seeking an energetic and experienced individual who can successfully manage diverse restaurant concepts, inspire teams, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth and efficient operations across all outlets. Summary: Lead and manage the daily operations of multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction Create welcoming and memorable dining experiences for guests, consistently exceeding expectations across each concept Develop, train, supervise, and motivate a team of talented individuals while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Adapt leadership style and operational execution to support the unique atmosphere, service style, and guest expectations of each concept Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, consistency, and service standards to uphold our reputation for culinary excellence Partner with culinary and operational leadership teams to ensure seamless communication and execution Implement effective marketing, promotional, and sales strategies to attract guests and increase revenue across multiple outlets Monitor financial performance, labor management, inventory, and operational costs while optimizing profitability Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company regulations and standards Stay informed on hospitality and dining trends and make recommendations for operational improvements, menu enhancements, and guest experience initiatives Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor and lead by example to deliver luxury-level hospitality standards If you are a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment, we invite you to join our team as a Multi-Outlet Restaurant Manager. Requirements

  • 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Six months to one year in a management position.
  • Must be able to schedule, forecast, and budget department.
  • Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful.
  • Read, write and speak English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
