About The Position

The team is looking for a CT Technologist and Radiologic Technologist. Willing to train for CT Technologist. This role involves preparing patients, performing imaging procedures, and operating imaging equipment under the direction of a radiologist and/or other providers. The technologist will perform diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols while utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures. Adherence to organizational customer service standards and support for organizational excellence initiatives are expected. The role requires positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff. Ancillary services and assistance in patient care areas may also be required. The ideal candidate is currently working in 2 or more of the following modalities and meets the requirements of advanced certification: Bone Densitometry, CT, Diagnostic X-ray, and Mammography.

Requirements

  • Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.
  • ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer is required.
  • Registered by the ARRT in CT, Mammography or Bones Density within 18 month of hire/transfer is required.
  • CT will be required for this position.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of current clinical experience in each modality is preferred.
  • An additional 1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field is preferred.
