About The Position

This is a full-time Multimodality Radiologic Technologist with MRI/CT/X-Ray career opportunity at MUSC Health Emergency and Urgent Care, part of MUSC Health Florence Medical Center. The CT/X-ray Multimodality Technologist performs all Radiology/CT procedures in accordance with ACR, ARRT, state regulations, and departmental policies. They possess highly technical skills to operate sophisticated equipment and can perform the duties of an ARRT Technologist in addition to CT duties. The Technologist must exhibit expertise in patient care based on needs appropriate for all patient demographics. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
One year of radiologic experience.
Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Must be licensed by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS).

Nice To Haves

CT Experience is preferred but not required.
On the Job training to learn CT available.

Responsibilities

Performs all Radiology/CT procedures in accordance with ACR, ARRT, state regulations, and departmental policies.
Operates sophisticated equipment for examinations.
Performs duties of an ARRT Technologist as required.
Performs CT duties.
Exhibits expertise in patient care based on needs appropriate for all patient demographics.
Other duties as deemed necessary.
