About The Position
The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist will be required to perform DR plain film x-ray and two or all of the following modalities: MR, ULS, CT, CI, VI. Technologists will be required to provide patient education and quality assessment activities for the Imaging Division, under the direction of the Imaging Manager and/or Associate Director. This position may include the same activities at any of our Imaging Sites.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current Radiography license, ARRT (R) required.
- Current Radiography ODH licensure required.
- Minimum of one year experience in at least 2 advanced modalities (ULS, CT, MR, CI, VI) or current advanced certifications (ULS, CT, MR, CI, VI) required.
Responsibilities
- Perform DR plain film x-ray and two or all of the following modalities: MR, ULS, CT, CI, VI.
- Provide patient education.
- Perform quality assessment activities for the Imaging Division.
- Maintain registry & licensing status.
- Meet mandatory education and health surveillance requirements.
- Demonstrate competence in technical, interpersonal, and cognitive skills required to meet essential job functions in all registered modalities.
