About The Position

At Armco Credit Union, we don’t do ordinary—and we’re not looking for an ordinary designer. We’re hiring an experienced Multi-Media Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This is a role for a seasoned professional who knows their craft, thinks strategically, and is ready to make an impact across both print and digital channels.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of professional design experience
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to think creatively while working within brand and compliance standards
A designer who wants a seat at the table, not just a list of tasks
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities

Design across a wide range of formats—from print publications to digital campaigns
Create work that speaks to multiple audiences and demographics
Collaborate on campaign strategy, messaging, and brand development
Work independently, managing multiple projects with minimal oversight
Contribute to social, video, and multi-media content
Represent Armco at community events and bring the brand to life outside our walls, including periodic travel to sponsor organizations (SEGs)
Assist with the clerical needs of the department, including managing physical marketing collateral across multiple branches.
