About The Position
Performs technical support to staff for computer hardware and software. Collaborates with department leadership to determine project priorities of identified software and hardware needs based on NRH strategic objectives, identified through ongoing assessment. Completes inventory records for tracking institution software. Acts as a resource as requested to determine if computer performance problems are a result of knowledge, systems, or policy and procedure deficits.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of experience with computer hardware, software, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting; and dealing with local area networks and installation of PC network equipment
- CompTia A+ or Microsoft Operating System Exam
- Advanced Microsoft Operating System exam or Manager approved Advanced CompTia exam

- Associate degree in computer science, or technical certificate in computer related field
