THE ROLE Multimedia Account Executive — Full-Time | In-Person Adams MultiMedia is on the hunt for a driven, digitally savvy sales professional to join our team as a Multimedia Account Executive. This isn't a desk job where you wait for leads to come to you — this is a role for someone who builds their own book of business, earns trust with local and regional clients, and designs advertising strategies that genuinely move the needle.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience; digital advertising sales is a major plus
  • You can talk SEM, SEO, ROAS, CPC, and programmatic without breaking a sweat
  • You've worked in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and know how to manage a pipeline
  • You're a natural communicator — confident in presentations, sharp in negotiations
  • Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding, but thrives in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Google Ads or Analytics certified

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — helping local businesses leverage the full power of digital and multimedia advertising
  • Prospect and close new business with a digital-first mindset (SEM/PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display, Video, OTT/CTV) and a print option
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover what clients really need — then build campaigns that deliver
  • Act as a trusted advisor: regularly share performance data, optimize campaigns, and deepen client relationships
  • Collaborate with our internal team to craft compelling, data-backed proposals
  • Hit (and exceed) revenue targets — because that's what great salespeople do
