About The Position

The Multi-Functional Team Member is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while supporting all aspects of restaurant operations. This role includes preparing pizzas and menu items, operating the point-of-sale system, welcoming and seating guests, maintaining dining room cleanliness, and assisting with overall restaurant efficiency. Team members are expected to work collaboratively, maintain high food safety standards, and provide a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Basic math and cash handling skills.
  • Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain as required by local regulations).
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Ability to work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat and moderate noise levels.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Stretch dough, assemble toppings, and operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served in accordance with company standards.
  • Monitor ingredient levels and restock stations as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
  • Accurately process guest orders using the POS system.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance receipts at the end of shifts.
  • Answer guest questions regarding menu items, pricing, and promotions.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service during all guest interactions.
  • Welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Manage guest seating and wait lists when applicable.
  • Assist guests with menu information and restaurant services.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized host station.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, patio, and guest service areas.
  • Refill guest supplies and assist with beverage stations as needed.
  • Support team members during peak business periods.
  • Ensure all guest-facing areas meet company cleanliness standards.
