The Multi-Family Superintendent is the on-site leader responsible for the full lifecycle of assigned multi-family roofing and siding projects, from mobilization through final completion and closeout. This role owns day-to-day field execution: coordinating labor and subcontractor crews, managing material flow and logistics, driving the schedule, and enforcing safety and quality standards on site. When not actively assigned to a multi-family project, the Multi-Family Superintendent transitions into the Senior Area Manager (Sr. AM) role for the branch, serving as an internal auditor, safety leader, trainer, and operational support partner to the Operations Manager across single-family communities. This dual-role structure keeps an experienced field leader fully utilized year-round, strengthens branch-wide operational standards between multi-family assignments, and builds a deep bench of leadership capability across both multi-family and single-family product types. This position requires travel as necessary based on assigned project locations, and may require extended or out-of-market stays for the duration of a multi-family project.
