About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Multi-Family Regional Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across an assigned portfolio of communities. This role involves partnering closely with Property Managers and company leadership to drive property performance, develop teams, and ensure a positive resident experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multifamily operations, financial performance, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Requirements

  • 5+ years of multifamily property management leadership experience, preferably with multi-site, district, or regional oversight.
  • Strong understanding of multifamily operations, financial performance, budgeting, occupancy, collections, and property-level KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn property data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • College degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall operational and financial performance of assigned multifamily communities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy, improve revenue, control expenses, and maximize property performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Property Managers while creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including occupancy, collections, delinquency, leasing activity, resident retention, expenses, and overall financial results.
  • Review property budgets, financial reports, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular property visits and partner with onsite teams to address operational needs and maintain company standards.
  • Support Property Managers with staffing, employee development, performance management, and other operational challenges.
  • Ensure assigned communities remain compliant with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Promote an exceptional resident experience and support teams in resolving escalated resident concerns.
  • Partner with leadership, corporate departments, vendors, and onsite teams to accomplish portfolio and company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen processes, improve property performance, and develop future leaders within the organization.
