About The Position
Seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a multi-family property. This position is responsible for maintaining apartment units, buildings, grounds, and common areas in a clean, safe, and functional condition. Duties include completing maintenance repairs, preparing vacant apartments for move-in, performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, minor sheetrock repair, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and other general property upkeep.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic maintenance experience.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate professionally with residents and team members.
- Ability to follow safety procedures.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC license is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining apartment units, buildings, grounds, and common areas in a clean, safe, and functional condition.
- Completing maintenance repairs.
- Preparing vacant apartments for move-in.
- Performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and minor sheetrock repair.
- Groundskeeping and pool maintenance.
- Other general property upkeep.
- Participating in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.
