BGT’s Account Manager/Sales person develops relationships with clients seeking internal finishes within the multifamily construction industry. This position will be responsible for identifying potential new clients or projects using varying means of generating interest such as planning persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince clients to do business with the company. The Account Manager will develop a rapport with new and existing clients and hit targets for sales. He/she will provide support that will continually improve the relationship. This position will be required to grow and retain existing “in-house” accounts by presenting new products and solutions to clients. BGT is a full service/turnkey company that provides and installs Countertops, All Flooring and Wall tile in new multifamily projects across the state of Texas.
