Requirements

  • Associates degree in applied science or other technical degree preferred, or 3 + years in Industrial Maintenance
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Must have excellent attendance
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Must be able to work overtime as required
  • Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.
  • Ability to read and write.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical, mechanical, and process related equipment issues.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and support equipment.
  • Install, repair, modify, and maintain electrical systems, control systems, motors, PLCs, and mechanical components.
  • Assist in or lead the construction, installation, and startup of new or modified equipment.
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation in accordance with company requirements.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production personnel on major repairs, projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform fabrication, part replacement, and mechanical adjustments as required.
  • Conduct equipment safety inspections and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and company policies.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
  • Move materials, parts, and equipment as necessary to support maintenance activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
