Multi‑Craft Maintenance Technician – Night Shift (6pm–6am, 2‑2‑3 rotation)

About The Position
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support our night-shift operations. If you have a solid mechanical foundation, enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, and want to grow with a safety-first team, we want to hear from you — even if you’re early in your career. Training will be completed on day shift.
Requirements
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience (multi-craft or maintenance preferred).
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
- Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
- Skilled in welding, cutting, and using measurement tools.
- Comfortable with computers and diagnostic meters.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Must complete CPR, First Aid, and First Responder training.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Allen Bradley controls is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Complete welding and fabrication tasks independently.
- Accurately document maintenance activities in the CMMS.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and plant standards.
