We’re looking for an experienced back-end developer with the software engineering skills it takes to identify potential risks, contribute to solution development, and create efficient and effective systems for our clients. As a back-end developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver solutions. Using your software engineering experience, you’ll work with the development team to create custom tools, systems, and sites with consistent performance and scalability. Requirements

5+ years of experience building software solutions for implementation within secure government cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP
5+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform
5+ years of experience with configuration management using Git in a team setting
3+ years of experience with Golang programming
Experience designing and automating the provisioning of cloud resources and IaC tools
Experience with containerization, including Kubernetes
Knowledge of network technologies, including routing, load balancing, and TLS
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with software engineering, or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience with software engineering
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of hire date

Nice To Haves

Experience using Bazel
Experience with Kubernetes operator patterns and design, including creating controllers and custom resource definitions (CRDs)
Experience with Terragrunt
Experience with CNCF projects such as Envoy, Fluentd, Flux, and Prometheus
Experience assisting with implementing and developing Azure policies or AWS Service Control policies
TS/SCI clearance
