About The Position

Acuren is currently seeking Multi-cert NDT Technicians (RT/MT/PT/UTT) for a NESTED role in Lima, OH area. This is a fulltime embedded role with guaranteed 40 hours/week (M-F 7 AM TO 3:30 PM). Relocation assistance and up to $5000.00 Sign-On Bonus, along with 30 days per diem available to qualified candidates!

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Certified Level II RT
Level II MT, PT, UTT, and VT certifications
Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
Knowledge of NDT equipment
Per client requirements you must pass a hair follicle going back 90-120 days, along with periodic random testing.

Responsibilities

Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
Organize and report test results
Perform specialized inspections
May instruct and supervise others
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
